DescriptionFiebing’s Pro Dye is an improved version of their traditional Leather Dye, created specifically for natural vegetable tanned leathers. Fiebing’s Pro Dye works as a penetrating dye, which means that the dye is absorbed into the leather to colour it, rather than simply painting the surface. The result, when done correctly, is an evenly coloured product that enhances the natural beauty of leather and all of its attributes. This alcohol/solvent based dye, offers excellent coverage and superior colour fastness. Not suitable for use on Suede or poromeric materials. We have 2 sizes available in the following colours: 32oz (946ml): Black, Dark Brown, Light Brown, Saddle Tan & Mahogany 4oz (118ml): Black, Dark Brown, Light Brown, Saddle Tan, Mahogany, Green, Red, Yellow & Royal BlueDIRECTIONS FOR USE: Clean leather thoroughly. While damp from cleaning, apply dye evenly with a dauber. A second coat of dye may be applied if required. After dyeing, remove excess surface dye by rubbing briskly with a soft cloth. For a high gloss finish, spray with Fiebing’s Resolene. CAUTION/DANGER: Pro dye is a highly flammable liquid which produces a flammable vapour. Causes Skin irritation and serious eye irritation. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames and hot surfaces. Do not spray on an open flame or ignition source. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Avoid breathing vapours. Use only outdoors or in a well ventilated area. Keep cool. Keep container tightly closed. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing, eye protection, face protection. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
