In most cases, these imperfections are difficult to notice during normal simulator use. Each screen is individually inspected during production, and a detailed inspection checklist is included with your order outlining any noted imperfections. Use clean golf balls free from cuts, scuffs, or sharp marks Replace heavily used golf balls regularly Leave at least 10″ of clearance behind the screen Bungees should be snug — never overly tight Soft materials such as blankets or memory foam are recommended behind the screen if needed Use a steamer or light iron on polyester setting to remove packaging creases Flaps & Foam — Why They Matter Flaps and foam help reduce dangerous bounce back from enclosure corners while also improving the overall appearance of your simulator setup. Foam inserts fit inside the flaps to protect both the enclosure frame and the golfer from high-speed ricochets near the corners of the screen. Industrial-strength Velcro is used for attachment.
