Change / Replacement

All products purchased from fornitureparrucchieripescara.it can be returned for exchange (in size, color, design) or replacement with another product. The customer is not charged any exchange/replacement fees.

Changes will only be accepted provided that the customer has informed the store by sending an e-mail ([email protected]) or by phone (2410 537380) within 14 days of receipt of the product.

The product must be in excellent condition, unused, its packaging intact, include the original contents and have its proof of sale available.

Refund

Product returns will only be accepted provided that the customer has informed the store by sending an e-mail ([email protected]) or by telephone (2410 537380) within 14 days of receipt of the product.

In case you want to return the product using the right of withdrawal, the following conditions must apply.

The product must be in excellent condition, unused, its packaging intact (closed), include the original contents and have its proof of sale available.

Return costs are €6 and are borne by the customer.

Order cancellation

In case you want to cancel your order, it is important to notify us as soon as possible and certainly before the order is shipped, which is the day after the online order.

Incorrect shipment
