DescriptionIntroducing the first test batch of our new vegetable tanned bull shoulders, crafted for strength, consistency, and authentic character. Dyed through in a rich dark walnut shade, this leather is available in both heavyweight (3.5/4.0mm) and an exact-match lightweight (1.5/1.6mm) – both split from the same bull hides. This ensures uniform colour and finish across thicknesses, ideal for projects like bags requiring matching body and gusset materials.Semi-aniline finished for a natural depth of tone, with a subtle pigment added to balance out the more prominent natural marks of heavy bull – such as growth. A light wax topcoat enhances the pull-up effect, giving the leather a rustic, heritage look. Good-sized, regular-shaped shoulders help minimise waste.As this is an early test batch still in development, we welcome your feedback to help us refine and perfect the final product.
