The Cayman butts have been finished with a slight wax, this really pulls out the pattern of the print and gives the leather a subtle distressed pull-up finish, which will make for really authentic looking leathergoods. These are 3.5/4.0mm heavyweight dyed through Buffalo Butts. Lovely full grain leather, 80%/20% Veg/Chrome Tannage. Trimmed butts are ideal for making top quality belts and straps with little wastage, also great for cases.Approx. skin size: 8.00-12.00 SQFT, see image above for approx. dimensions of a 10 SQFT skin.
